Texas Barbeque

Your choice of our famous slow cooked tender smoked ribs, smoked turkey breast, sliced brisket, smoked chicken halves, or jalapeno cheese sausage or smoked sausage. Complete this entrée with your choice of three side dishes and our specialty BBQ sauce along with pickles, jalapeno peppers, onions and sliced bread.

Chicken Fried Steak*

Hand battered 4-5 oz choice beef cutlets. Fried to a crisp golden brown served with cream gravy. Also can be cooked on site.

Southern Meatloaf*

Ground beef blended with savory herbs, garlic, and vegetables, baked and topped with a tomato based glaze.

Old Fashioned Meatloaf*

Ground beef blended with savory herbs, garlic and vegetables. Baked, then topped with a brown demi-glaze.

Beef Tips*

Fork tender rib eye steaks cubed and cooked in rich brown gravy.

Hamburger Steak*

Ground meat grilled with Buppy’s specialty seasoning. Served with sautéed onions and brown gravy.

Spiral Baked Ham*

Baked with brown sugar glaze.

Roasted Round of Beef*

Roast beef cooked slowly to perfection using a prime choice of beef. Served with savory brown gravy, this entrée can be pre-sliced or set up as a carving station.

Beef Stroganoff*

Tender cubes of beef braised in brown sauce with mushrooms, onions and laced with sour cream.

Stuffed Bell Peppers*

Fresh bell peppers stuffed with a mixture of ground beef, white rice and spices.

Fried Chicken Tenders*

Crispy strips of seasoned chicken breast fried to a perfect golden brown. Served with cream gravy.

Fiesta Grilled Chicken Breast*

Tender breast filet grilled to perfection topped with grilled tomatoes, onions, diced green bell peppers, and cilantro.

Santa Fe Chicken*

Mouthwatering breast filet hand breaded, marinated with Mexican spices and topped with Monterrey Jack cheese or Pepper Jack cheese.

Lemon Chicken with Stir-Fry

Grilled chicken breast topped with a delicate combo of lemon pepper seasoning. Compliment this entrée with Stir-Fried Vegetables, a salad and a soft dinner roll.

Enchiladas

Your choice of seasoned chicken, beef or cheese enchilada. Complete this entree with our Tex-Mex delicious Spanish rice, your choice of borracho, black, pinto or refried beans. Also served with sour cream, jalapeño peppers, chips & salsa.

Carne Guisada*

Our delicious Mexican stew seasoned with garlic and tomatoes.

Tamales*

Shredded pork in a masa shell steamed to perfection.

Fiesta Fajitas

Choice of marinated beef and/or chicken. Served with either flour or corn tortillas, and guacamole, sour cream, grated cheddar cheese, with grilled onions and grilled jalapeno peppers. Served with our Spanish rice, your choice of borracho, refried or pinto beans and tri-colored or regular tortilla chips and our specialty salsa. (Queso and pico de gallo are also available upon request)

Lasagna

Wonderful homemade traditional family recipe with a sweet marinara sauce. Served with parmesan cheese. Complete with a salad of your choice and garlic breadsticks.

Spaghetti

Angel hair pasta or plain pasta served with or without meatballs topped with our sweet marinara and parmesan cheese. Complete with a salad of your choice and garlic breadsticks.

Chicken Florentine*

Combination of seasoned creamy spinach layered and baked with sliced chicken, thinly sliced ham, grated parmesan cheese and a mouthwatering sauce.

Chicken Parmesan

Breast of chicken basted in seasoned bread crumbs and baked to a golden brown with mozzarella cheese. Served with your choice of fettuccine w/Alfredo sauce or Penne Pasta with more marinara sauce, garlic bread or garlic breadsticks and a salad.

Chicken Spaghetti

A traditional homemade Buppy’s recipe. Cooked spaghetti mixed with shredded chicken and a sauce containing celery, onion, green peppers, chicken broth, Ro*tel® tomatoes and cream of mushroom topped with cheddar cheese. Choice of one side dish and a salad to make this a complete meal or order just as a casserole.
